Are there any jobs I can get doing general labor at the Vancouver, WA port?
I heard someone tell me that the port is always looking to hire people. But when I went to the port of Vancouver home page and checked their job openings, they didn’t even have any! They only have 75 people on staff. Are there other places on the Columbia River that have hire a lot?
Look at the Work Source website, the state always lists their jobs there. The best way is to find someone who works there. You can also find out if it’s a union job, in that case you probably won’t be able to get on.
